DUKE CHARLES I TRIPLE 50b FRANKING ON COVER – 150b RATE
1869 Cover franked with three 50b indigo on red from Bucarest to France, right stamps with large margins on 3 sides (one side partly just touching the frameline), left stamp on all sides with large margins, transit and arrival marking at back, overall very fresh cover for these difficult issues and most probably, if not the largest, one of the highest frankings known of this value and issue, paying double weight via Vienna to France
