1856 (Mar 30) Wrapper from Akyab to the UK with 1854 1a red die I, close to large margins (filing fold through stamp), and 1855 8a carmine on blue paper, paying the 1a inland rate and 8a steamship rate, both tied by “B/5” Bengal-type cancels, sent overland by the Arkand Road then by steamer to Marseilles, reverse with despatch, Dacca, Calcutta and London ds, fine and scarce perf./imperf. franking
