1853 PARCEL REQUEST FORM: 3Kr handmade paper type III tied to parcel request form by pre-philatelic oval HOLLABRUNN + datestamp to Retz where the Retz 2-line postmark was additionally applied to the adhesive (which was common rule), oval rare ‘Recommandirt’ postmark, the forma has a few small trivial holes, the adhesive has good to large margins all-around, rare, cert.
