1851 LOMBARDO VENETO USED IN AUSTRIA: Folded lettersheet franked 10c black handmade paper type Ia privately forwarded to Vienna (inside dated Padova 28.2.51) postmarked with mute dotted 4-ring cancel, the 10c is showing so-called Liliput-cutting (with a minim cut in margin line at right) and plate-error ‘squeezed CENTES of value tablet’, a very rare cover due to different varieties and specialities which are unified with this letter, cert.
