(scarce), used 1899 Controls 1c grey to 1k ultramarine, 5k emerald, Sc.120-29. 1900 Controls 1c grey,3c dull, 12c rose Sc.152,54,59. 1902 ‘Post Local’ three types. Plus an extensive range of later officials and issues.
