1946 Anniversary of First Postage and the First Philatelic Exhibition, 17 + 17m brown, mint IMPERFORATE bottom left corner marginal plate block of four, numbered A/46, very fine and extremely rare as only two such blocks could exist, however, this is the unique block as the other has been cut
