MOSITA: 1893-95 2d Bistre (reading downwards) with clear MOSITA / NO 25 (9)5 / B(B) cds, couple of small wrinkles, an extremely rare cancel as the office was only open for 7 months
Note: Only one other example of this cancel is known on an official cover from the time when it was a Cape of Good Hope office
