Pereyaslav: 1913 3k blue, complete misperforated sheet of 70 incl. variety “5” instead of “3” on one stamp, plus an additional sheet of 21 of the 5k. value on greenish-yellow coated paper, two very fine and scarce complementary sheets, ex. Stibbe, Lea (Chuchin 24,24a,25, Schmidt 27,27M,28) Note: The two stamps were printed on the same printer’s sheet which was cut at the printing works prior to issue. No unseparated sheets are known. This accounts for the coated strip at the right margin of the 5k. sheet.
