1946 (Mar 7) Leeward Islands KGVI 1d red postal stationery envelope sent registered to Hawaii with 1938-48 2d, 6d and 1s tied by GPO Plymouth cds, reverse with Antigua, Miami and Honolulu arrival, some foxing, a scarce usage of this postal stationery with only six examples recorded by the vendor used from Montserrat Catalogue
