1990 African Elephants 10s in complete sheet of 50, perforation 14, similar to the original WWF issue of 1983 but with value at top right and additional inscription ‘ENDANGERED SPECIES’, a scarce issue and apparently these were on sale only in Uganda and never sold through agencies, slight perforation separation at top left, only a few of these sheets are believed to exist, rare Catalogue
