1892 (Aug 8) Envelope sent registered to Winch Brothers the stamp dealers in England bearing on reverse 1889 2c and 1892 1c on 8c, all tied by dumb obliterators and showing, obverse with “BALEK PULAU” cds (type D2, latest recorded use) and boxed “R” (type R2, the only recorded example), Penang, London and Colchester ds, very fine and attractive Catalogue
