Printed postal notice for the 1882 1/2d, 1d and 2 1/2d (two of each affixed), dated 18th September 1882 but changed to 18th September in ms, with “I have the honor to forward for your information two specimens of postage stamps…which are about to be (ms correction to “have been”) brought into use, embossed coat-of-arms of Barbados at top, signed by the Postmaster of Tobago, some tears to the document and minor soiling, most unusual
