Printed postal notice for the 1882 1/2d, 1d and 2 1/2d (two of each affixed), dated 18th September 1882 but changed to 18th September in ms, with « I have the honor to forward for your information two specimens of postage stamps…which are about to be (ms correction to « have been ») brought into use, embossed coat-of-arms of Barbados at top, signed by the Postmaster of Tobago, some tears to the document and minor soiling, most unusual
