30k Arms perforated, thick paper, mint – original gum with slight hinge trace, brilliant colours, slightly irregular perforation at bottom which is normal and of no importance (confirmed precisely like this in the Buchsbayew certificate), very fine & rare in this wonderful condition, cert.
