POSTAL FISCALS: 1912 “Stamp Duty” on 1d monocolour Lakatoi, corner block of six, lower two OVERPRINT OMITTED, Cooke monogram in lower margin, fresh mint, error pairs are unmounted, a fine and unique block (believed only one sheet printed thus with a total of five pairs possible), a major rarity (SG £7’000+)
