Registered cover franked 8sh+16sh of 1897 issue cancelled MAIDAN TEHERAN 30/11/1899 addressed to Mrs James in UK. Various transit and arrival British cancellation. Also a Teheran reg handstamp. Both stamps are scarce on cover, the 16sh in particular. Two tears on top of the envelope not affecting the stamps. Catalogue ref: 131,134
