Lot 50336 – One shahi-stamps replaced by 1-shahi registration

One shahi-stamps replaced by 1-shahi registration label. Due to shortages of this value various post offices were allowed to replace the stamp of one shahi with the reg label. This cover (reverse) shows 20 together of these 1-sh labels on document and is thus the highest recorded amount known on a document. RARE.
