1858 30k Carmine & Green, second printing on thin paper, in HORIZONTAL PAIR cancelled by “121” dotted box numerals on 1859 (Jun 19) entire from Taganrog to Rostov on Don, endorsed “Extra” (special delivery), with boxed despatch ds on reverse, filing folds just clear of stamps, a fine and unique usage for the 60k special delivery rate and the only known pair of the 30k on thin paper
