1858 30k Carmine & Green, second printing on thin paper, in HORIZONTAL PAIR cancelled by « 121 » dotted box numerals on 1859 (Jun 19) entire from Taganrog to Rostov on Don, endorsed « Extra » (special delivery), with boxed despatch ds on reverse, filing folds just clear of stamps, a fine and unique usage for the 60k special delivery rate and the only known pair of the 30k on thin paper
