1858 Large cover a vertical strip of three and four of the 1858 30k carmine & red, first printing on thick paper, tied by “1” dotted ovals, paying 1.80r rate from St. Petersburg to “His Excellency The Honourable Commandant of the District Voronezh”, from the “Deputy Adjutant Count Lewaschov, through the Chancellery of the Military Governor”, reverse with boxed St. Petersburg railway station ds, some reparation and one stamp with a closed tear not detracting for this showpiece Catalogue ref: 4
