1856-1970, Comprehensive mint (a few used) collection very near complete in clean Palo HL album. 19th Century missing only Scott 3B and 20 and some officials, and 20th Century including airmails missing only SC 385. There are some good varieties to be found here, also proofs, overprints, essays, inverts, etc. The beautiful fresh clean mint runs make this a very appealing collection worth a good bidding fight.
