1854 (Apr 27) & 1854 (Mar) Covers sent by Steam Packet, one from Launceston to Scotland with two 1853 4d pale orange pl.1, worn impression, one just touched, ms “1/6” paying the 1/2 oz Steam Packet rate endorsed “per Marlborough”, tied by “60” numerals, wax seal removed and address erased; other from Hobart to England with single 4d red-orange pl.1, clear margins, with ms “1/-” paying the 1/4oz Steam Packet rate endorsed “per Chusan”, stamp lifted and replaced (cert.
