1854 (Apr 27) & 1854 (Mar) Covers sent by Steam Packet, one from Launceston to Scotland with two 1853 4d pale orange pl.1, worn impression, one just touched, ms « 1/6 » paying the 1/2 oz Steam Packet rate endorsed « per Marlborough », tied by « 60 » numerals, wax seal removed and address erased; other from Hobart to England with single 4d red-orange pl.1, clear margins, with ms « 1/- » paying the 1/4oz Steam Packet rate endorsed « per Chusan », stamp lifted and replaced (cert.
