The Only Known Mixed Franking Of The Courier And Chalon Issues 1856 (Nov 22) Envelope from Hobart to England with 1853 1d pale blue pair, early impression, pos.22-23, clear to very good margins, in combination with 1855 4d blue, fine to good margins, all tied by “68” numeral with G.P.O. and London ds adjacent, redirected and charged “1d”, arrival bs, minor soiling Stamps paying the 6d Ship Letter rate to England (as per Oct 1854 act), endorsed “via Melbourne” and carried by S.S. “Wonga Wonga” on Nov 26, and reloaded on “Blackwall”.
