1895 (Nov 28) Envelope sent Advice of Receipt registered at double letter rate to MUSCAT, bearing 1895-96 3a vertical strip of three tied by “REG.” cds on the reverse, obverse with violet “AR” in circle, some peripheral cover faults and minor foxing, a very rare usage, one of only 7 covers recorded with the “AR” handstamp Auction
