Stampless cover from Russian P.O.W. in Japan, sent via Kobe to a Colonel in the Russian Railway Gendarmerie at TOMSK, Siberia. Re-addressed to Omsk and received 21 V 1905 at OMSK RAILWAY STATION, on the Trans-Siberian Line.
