1905 Registered cover to Germany franked 1889-92 1k and 3k and 1902-05 2k and 14k for 20k registered rate tied by HEADQUARTERS FIELD POST OFFICE (a) 24 3 05 cds, encircled ‘R’ alongside with registration label translating: FIELD POST OFFICE ATTACHED TO HEADQUARTERS MANCHURIAN ARMY.
Black script cachet on obverse: SEAL OF CENSORSHIP DIVISION GHQ MANCHURIA.
