1905 3k Stationery card uprated 1k to pay foreign rate to Germany cancelled with oval Chinese Eastern Railway PORT ARTHUR -266-HARBIN ‘a’ 7 10 05 datestamp, sent by German national engaged in evacuating sick and wounded from former Manchurian war zone.
