Opened by censor and resealed with pink paper tape bearing abbreviated inscription: CENSORSHIP COMMISSION DISTRICT HQ OF MILITARY DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION OF MANCHURIAN ARMIES. Cover with vertical crease.
