1904 Dispatch card for parcel valued at 5 roubles sent to Minsk Guberniya, charges paid 20k vertical strip of 4 and single 10k, 1889-92 issue, tied by LYAOYANG FIELD POST OFFICE ‘d’ 20 5 04 cds’s, received DOKSHINY 16 VI 1904, receipt signed by postmaster on behalf of illiterate addressee.
