1902 Picture-postcard to Tyumen Siberia franked 4k tied by KVANCHANDZY FIELD TELEGRAPH BRANCH PRIAMUR DISTRICT 14 IV 1902, transit POSTAL WAGON no.82 (Chelybinsk-Vyatka) 2 V 1902, received TYUMEN next day. “KVANCHANDZY” was early Russian name for important station on Line 265/266 of Chinese Eastern Railway south of Harbin, later called Kwangchentze, better known as Changchun.
