1851 Folded cover from Halifax to Glasgow, Scotland, franked 1851 3d deep blue & 1s cold violet, touched to good margins, tied by clear neat barred ovals, showing HALIFAX/22.1.52 bs with Glasgow arrival alongside, cover some what tatty and creased, an extremely rare early usage & possible the early known usage of these popular Nova Scotia classics (SG 2,7)
Note: As SG 7 has a catalogue value of £5000 with a time four multiplier the catalogue value for such a cover is £20’000 plus a premium for the early usage
