1949 Tabul Exhibition, hand-drawn artist’s essay for sheet and presentation sheet, but each is a 25m value in blue (the issued min. sheets were sold for 100m each during the exhibition), presentation inscriptions etc. in black or silver, the sheet is “tied” by hand-drawn cancel, signed by Otte Wallish and from his estate, hs “DUGMA” (specimen) in purple at bottom left, possibly unique, very fine, 2007 cert Doron Wade Catalogue ref: MS1 var.
