1949 20(pr) Flag, artist’s drawing for official FDC done with several diff. media on card, depiction of stamp shows tab at bottom (issued stamps had tabs at left or right), cachet shows Herzl, signed at BL by the artist, Franz Krausz, in Hebrew, pencilled “N° 6” at top left, rare and possibly unique, very fine and important showpiece, 1998 cert. Muentz Catalogue ref: 16 var.
