LOKHVITSA: 1899 3k yellow / brown, used with ink cross, with usual pin hole, at left 2 small margin tears otherwise fine and very rare as nearly all of the about originally found 70 pieces are with a violet control cachet of the Lokhvits Rural Post Office and apparently 3 are known unused, one of the most unusual and mysterious adhesives of the Zemstvo Issues Auction
