2pi black on blue, horizontal PAIR (bottom marginal) & Third Printing 20pa, both tied by battal cancellation of Deraliye (Brandt Type I/2), on large part 1864 folded entire from Deraliye, part address excised, (thought to be Islimiye – Sliven, Bulgaria) an extremely rare usage of a 2pi in a pair and mixed franking
