INVERTED “MELIKT” OVERPRINT 1904 (29 Mar.) Emperor Menelik 1/4g green “Melikt” ovpt postal stationery card from Harar to M. Camenzind Basel in Switzerland, card was pre-cancelled in Harar and then sold in Djibouti where unfortunately it appears to have been enclosed in an envelope since it has no Djibouti stamps or postmarks, nor does it have any transit or arrival marks ONE OF ONLY TWO CARDS RECORDED with inverted overprint, see also enclosed note by Ulf Lindahl
