1903 (9 Juil.) Emperor Menelik 1g blue “Melikt” ovpt postal stationery card from Harar to Basel, Switzerland, bears also French Somali Coast 1902 5c pair tied by DJIBOUTI 13 JUIL 03 cds, the overprint seems a little darker than normal due to a possible slip in the printing process (other mint card included for comparison, HG 6d)
