1840 (Apr 3) Houses of Parliament 4d envelope/wrapper front (175x90mm, unwatermarked wove paper) to Evesham with red crown “PAID” cds and signed, faults, the ONLY KNOWN 4d Parliamentary postal stationery which came to light recently after 168 years, a remarkable discovery item and in the words of Alan Huggins, “joins the 2d House of Lords envelope as being one of the rarest items of British postal stationery,” cert.
