1903 2ch Kermanshah postal card postal tax issue, Sadri type “c” but reading down from left to right, boldly tied by oval ds (14-2-07) to ppc sent to Belgium (14 Mars 07 arrival), the original franking has become lost (no traces of gum, etc.) and card shows bold Customs & Posts of Kurdistan cachet at bottom left, an important and rare showing of this issue Catalogue ref: 353
