1875 1pi red perf.12 1/2, Forme A, mint block of nine (pos.103/125) with centre stamp tete-beche, fresh & very fine
Note: frequent cleaning of the plates was required due to certain pigments reacting with the copper, hence some stereos were inverted when being replaced leading to tete-beche stamps appearing in different positions Catalogue ref: D26a
