3m to 100m values, artist’s drawing for proposed registered official FDC showing 8 diff. stamps including unissued 25m and 100m values, in colours approximating the final, with cachet and reg’d label as well, on cream paper backed with thick card, “addressed” to artist Otto Wallish and signed by him below the cachet (in Hebrew), probably UNIQUE, very fine, 1999 cert. Muentz Catalogue ref: 1-6 etc.
