(Passed by Censor) of unrecorded type, arrival backstamp, signed Mikulski 1920年背貼15戈比直雙連及70戈x2寄 NIKOLSK-USSURIISKII， Primorsk Oblast，銷哈爾濱中央鐵路火車站2A代替型，「哈爾濱鐵路火車站’a’11.2.20戳，橢圓DOPLATIT(欠資)「哈爾濱鐵路火車站分局」紅印，手填60戈比，紫色D.Ts檢查印，未被紀錄，附到達戳，Mikulski簽署。
