Description
THE UNIQUE PARIS PRINT SEVEN COLOUR FRANKING 1862 Folded entire from Patras to Genova, franked with the COMPLETE SET OF SEVEN values from the 1861 Paris Print, plus one additional 20L. The letter shows on the front side “Patras, 1 May 62” dispatch cds and manuscript endorsement “Col Vapore francese” at the top. It is also backstamped with “Athens, 8 may 62” transit cds and “Genova 23 Mai 62”. According to Michael Tseriotis the 40L stamp may have been substituted for a 2 lepta stamp.
