1886 (Mar 7) Mixed franking cover from Peking to Germany, franked on reverse with Small Dragon rough perf. 1c, 3c & 5c tied by Peking seal chop in blue-green, with “I.G. OF CUSTOMS / PEKING / MAR 7 86” despatch cds, the 3c (torn) with small part of “CUSTOMS / SHANGHAI” transit, obverse with French Peace & Commerce 25c tied by Shanghai French P.O. cds and double ring French ship cancellation in red, with single ring “57/ 23.4. I” arrival marking on reverse.
