OF CUSTOMS / PEKING / MAR 7 86 » despatch cds, the 3c (torn) with small part of « CUSTOMS / SHANGHAI » transit, obverse with French Peace & Commerce 25c tied by Shanghai French P.O. cds and double ring French ship cancellation in red, with single ring « 57/ 23.4. I » arrival marking on reverse.
