1914 Censored ppc franked by Russia 7k Romanov, addressed to Belgian King Albert in FRANCE bearing MOSKVA 12.12.14 roller cancel, written by a young aristocratic lady and admirer of King Albert congratulating for the New Year, and also for the end of the hostilities with the German Reich, because of which the young lady thought it would be better to send the card to France.
