Description
30k Arms on thick paper tied to large fragment (part cover) by a beautiful strike of the 2nd provisional dotted numeral “1” postmark (provisional because it still has the double-dots left and right of the “1” (which do not appear in the later made regular dotted postmarks), with red boxed ST.P.BURG departure marking.
