1863 (Aug) Envelope to India with extremely rare Mauritius MIXED ISSUES FRANKING of 1859-61 6d Britannia imperforate (good to very large margins) and 1860-72 2d Victoria, each tied by “B64” numerals, with Seychelles and Bombay cds adjacent, envelope soiling not detracting from one of the most important B64 covers known, the EARLIEST RECORDED STAMPED COVER from the Seychelles, ex Farmer, Holt and Jeffrey Weiss
