CHUGUCHAK: 1903 25k Telegraph Money Order form for 30 roubles to Yuriev (present day Tartu, Estonia), cancelled with Chuguchak 19.IX.03 type 1A cds, also struck with type 1B cds below, Yuriev bs, very fine and rare, this is the only known Telegraphic Money Order from the Russian Post in Sinkiang.
